MONOPOLY VIP at McDonald’s 2021

MONOPOLY VIP was originally due to be released in March 2020. Due to the global pandemic, campaign strategies shifted and the release date was pushed back. Twice.

 

My colleague and I were design leads on the campaign, which involved the development of all creative elements, including the 3D prize worlds, game pieces [stickers], prize lozenges, POP, packaging, food photography [art direction], storyboards for motion, social posts and the McDonald’s Digital Drive-Thru [DDT].

 

In addition, I have since worked on the Republic Of Ireland adaptations and the crew version of the game, ‘Team Edition’.

 

Our designs were brought to life by the incredibly talented illustrators and motion team at TMS.

 

With the shift in the launch, I continued to provide ongoing direction and helped oversee the job to completion.
